Refund Policy
- General Policy for IT Services
Due to the nature of customized, time-intensive IT consulting, setup, and ongoing support, all fees paid to Techaxis Services for completed professional services, setup fees, and retainer periods are generally non-refundable.
- Exceptions
A refund or credit may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
- Pre-Payment for Future Services: If a client has pre-paid for a block of future service hours or a future retainer period, and the client terminates the agreement with written notice prior to the period starting, a pro-rata refund for the uncommenced service period may be issued.
- Failure to Deliver: If Techaxis Services fails to deliver a promised and paid-for deliverable as defined in a signed Statement of Work, and cannot remedy the failure within a reasonable, agreed-upon timeframe.
- Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to us via email within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, clearly detailing the reason for the request and referencing the specific service or invoice number.
