Shipping Policy

 

  1. Scope of Policy

This Shipping Policy pertains exclusively to the delivery of physical IT hardware or peripheral equipment that Techaxis Services may procure and ship to a client as part of a service agreement or separate hardware procurement order. As a provider of IT Services, no digital goods are “shipped.”

 

  1. Shipping Provider and Costs
  • We use reputable third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) for all hardware shipments.
  • Shipping costs will be itemized and invoiced separately unless explicitly included as part of a larger service bundle in the client’s Statement of Work.
  1. Delivery and Risk of Loss
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the client upon placement of the order and are dependent on the carrier’s schedules and product availability.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for all hardware ordered passes to the client upon our delivery to the carrier. Techaxis Services is not responsible for hardware damaged or lost in transit. Clients are strongly advised to inspect all packages upon arrival and note any visible damage before signing for the delivery.
  1. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided to the client via email once the hardware has been dispatched from our or our vendor’s facility.
